Returns & exchanges
We want you and your young reader to love every book. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For non-damaged returns, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
