Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Quest Books. Every order is packed and shipped from our home base in Florida.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer flat-rate Standard Shipping based on order weight:

Up to 5.9 lb - $5.00
6.0 – 11.9 lb - $7.00
12.0 lb and over - $9.00

Standard Shipping is delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion based on your address. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take longer.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and much of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Estimated international delivery is 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Quest Books has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your building management, and allow 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages early.

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us at hello@questbooks.ai with your order number and we will make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
