Welcome to Quest Books. This website and online store (the "Site") is operated by Chaillan Publications LLC ("we," "us," "Quest Books"). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products. We sell printed children's books, educational bookmarks, and related items. We work to display product colors and details accurately, but actual printed colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

3. Orders & Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (including Shopify). We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site — including book text, illustrations, characters, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Chaillan Publications LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Purchasing a book grants you a copy for personal use, not any rights to the underlying content.

8. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

9. Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaillan Publications LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Privacy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
